Lungora is a once-daily dietary supplement capsule for adults, sold as a lung cleanse formula. Each bottle holds 30 capsules, and the label gives 80 mg of magnesium plus a 575 mg blend of five more named ingredients.
Lungora is a dietary supplement capsule for adults. Each white bottle holds 30 capsules and the label says to take one a day, so a bottle lasts a month. The front reads "LUNG CLEANSE FORMULA", yet the brand's own sales page describes the six ingredients as nerve, circulation and antioxidant support.

This is the full Lungora label, laid flat. It is the only place that prints amounts, and it gives just two: 80 mg of magnesium and a 575 mg proprietary blend.

| Label line | Per capsule |
|---|---|
| Magnesium (as magnesium glycinate from proprietary blend) | 80 mg, 19% DV |
| Proprietary Blend, Daily Value not established | 575 mg in total |
| Magnesium glycinate (source of the 80 mg) | Inside the blend |
| Alpha lipoic acid | Not listed |
| Butcher's broom (Ruscus aculeatus) root extract | Not listed |
| L-carnitine | Not listed |
| Turmeric (Curcuma longa) rhizome extract, 95% curcuminoids | Not listed |
| Coenzyme Q10 (as ubiquinone) | Not listed |
| Other: hypromellose capsule, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, stearic acid, silicon dioxide | Not weighed |
Do not add 80 mg to 575 mg. The magnesium glycinate that supplies the 80 mg is counted inside the 575 mg total, and the compound weighs more than the magnesium it delivers. No source we opened gives that share, and a label like this cannot tell you how much of any blend ingredient you swallow (J Nutr, Perspectives on proprietary blends).
Some sums are safe. The whole blend weighs less than the 600 mg of alpha lipoic acid given alone in oral trials, and less than the 750 mg a day of L-carnitine in one osteoarthritis trial. At 500 mg, the low end of its usual range, L-carnitine would leave 75 mg or less for the other five. Hiding single amounts is legal: federal rules ask only for the blend total (21 CFR 101.36, Nutrition labeling of dietary supplements (eCFR)).

The sales page sorts the same six into three groups: "Nerve Health Support" (magnesium glycinate, alpha lipoic acid), "Circulation & Cellular Support" (butcher's broom, L-carnitine) and "Antioxidant & Healthy Aging Support" (turmeric, CoQ10). None of those descriptions mentions the lungs.
Our Lungora Supplement Facts guide reads the panel line by line.
On the brand's order page, two bottles cost $89 each, three cost $72 each and six cost $49 each. Three or six ship free in the US; two add a fee shown only at checkout. Flip the toggle to compare the cost per day.

Does Lungora work? No study has tested it, and no pill is shown to cleanse the lungs. Is it legit? Yes, it is a real capsule with a printed label. Is it FDA approved? No, because the FDA does not approve supplements.
These are the questions people type after the word Lungora. Each card answers briefly and links to the proof.
No study tests it, and no study shows any pill cleanses lungs.
Read the pageOnly the label says so. The sales page calls its ingredients nerve, circulation and antioxidant support.
Read the pageThe brand shows no ratings, and the seller's sample reviews could not be checked.

Read the pageThe brand's order page is getlungora.com/pv. Bottles run $49 to $89.
Read the pageThere is no evidence that Lungora, or any pill, cleanses or detoxes the lungs. No study of Lungora has been published, and none of its six ingredients has a human lung study in the sources we checked; the only lung findings are animal studies of alpha lipoic acid and curcumin.
The American Lung Association puts it plainly: "Lungs are self-cleaning organs that will begin to heal themselves once they are no longer exposed to pollutants." It adds that most detox products "do not have adequate scientific data to recommend their use" (American Lung Association, Can You Detox Your Lungs?). A pulmonologist quoted by WebMD says "there is no scientific research to support the use of any of them" (WebMD, Lung Detox: Can You Cleanse Your Lungs?), and NIH found "no compelling research" that detox programs remove toxins (NCCIH, "Detoxes" and "Cleanses": What You Need To Know).
Your airways are lined with tiny hairs called cilia and a thin coat of mucus. The mucus traps dust and germs, and the cilia sweep it upward until you cough it out or swallow it (American Lung Association, How Lungs Work). That system runs without any product; smoke, vaping and dirty air are what wear it down.
Damage has limits: after decades of smoking, "Once the air sacs are destroyed, they can't be replaced," a lung specialist told WebMD. Quitting sooner matters more than anything you can buy.

This is the brand's main lifestyle ad. Under "Breathe better every day" it promises healthy lung function, respiratory cleansing, immune defense and natural lung detoxification, then adds badges for "Doctor Formulated", "Premium Ingredients" and "Made in the USA". Below, each line meets what we could verify.
LUNG CLEANSE FORMULA*Bottle front
The asterisk leads to the FDA notice. No source we read supports a pill that cleanses lungs.
Promotes natural lung detoxification*Bottle front and the ad
The lung doctors quoted above say no research backs detox products. The sales page never uses the word detox.

A supplement may say it supports how a healthy body works. It may not say it treats or prevents a disease, and every such line must carry the FDA disclaimer (FDA, Structure/Function Claims). Our guide Do lung detox supplements work? goes deeper.
Each of the six ingredients has a research record, and none of it is about cleansing lungs. Tap a name to see what it is studied for, and at what dose.

Mineral, 80 mg (19% DV)
Filed under nerve health on the sales page. NIH's magnesium fact sheets say nothing about lung cleansing, asthma or COPD.
Studied at: 80 mg is under a quarter of the 350 mg daily upper limit for supplements (NIH ODS, Magnesium (health professional)).
Read the Magnesium glycinate pageAntioxidant compound, amount hidden
Researched mostly for diabetic nerve pain; a four-year oral trial missed its main goal. Lung findings come from rat studies only.
Studied at: 600 mg a day by mouth, more than the whole blend (Linus Pauling Institute, Lipoic Acid).
Read the Alpha lipoic acid pageRoot extract, amount hidden
A traditional European remedy for heavy legs from minor vein problems and for haemorrhoid itching. No source mentions breathing.
Studied at: 150 to 200 mg of dry extract per dose, for legs only (EMA/HMPC, EU herbal monograph on Ruscus aculeatus root (Rev. 1)).
Read the Butcher's broom pageAmino acid derivative, amount hidden
Healthy adults make enough of their own, and little of a supplement is absorbed. Results are mixed for every use studied.
Studied at: 0.5 to 2 g a day in usual supplements (Linus Pauling Institute, L-Carnitine).
Read the L-carnitine page95% curcuminoids, amount hidden
NIH finds too little evidence that turmeric or curcumin helps any condition. It is poorly absorbed; lung findings are animal studies.
Studied at: About 80 mg to 4 g of curcumin a day in trials (Linus Pauling Institute, Curcumin).
Read the Turmeric extract pageVitamin-like compound, amount hidden
Heart failure results are inconclusive and blood pressure shows no real change. Under 5% of a dose reaches the blood.
Studied at: 30 to 100 mg a day in typical supplements (Linus Pauling Institute, Coenzyme Q10).
Read the Coenzyme Q10 pageThe pattern matches the brand's sales page: two nerve ingredients, two for circulation and energy, two antioxidants. None is a classic "lung herb" such as mullein. Every ingredient has its own page in the Lungora ingredients guide.
Only magnesium can be compared directly: 80 mg is 19% of the Daily Value. For the other five the amounts are hidden, so each bar shows what researchers used and why a 575 mg blend shared six ways falls short.
Label: 80 mg. Studied: 420 mg Daily Value; 350 mg a day upper limit from supplements. (NIH ODS, Magnesium (health professional)) (NIH ODS, Magnesium (consumer))
Label: hidden in the 575 mg blend. Studied: 600 mg a day in most oral trials. (Linus Pauling Institute, Lipoic Acid) (LiverTox, Alpha Lipoic Acid)
Label: hidden in the 575 mg blend. Studied: 500 to 2,000 mg a day usual supplement range. (Linus Pauling Institute, L-Carnitine) (NIH ODS, Carnitine (health professional))
Label: hidden in the 575 mg blend. Studied: 30 to 100 mg a day typical; 100 to 300 mg in trials. (Linus Pauling Institute, Coenzyme Q10) (NCCIH, Coenzyme Q10)
Label: hidden in the 575 mg blend. Studied: EMA: 150 to 200 mg extract per dose, for heavy legs. (EMA/HMPC, EU herbal monograph on Ruscus aculeatus root (Rev. 1))
Label: hidden in the 575 mg blend. Studied: about 80 mg to 4 g curcumin a day in trials. (Linus Pauling Institute, Curcumin) (NCCIH, Turmeric: Usefulness and Safety)
Alpha lipoic acid shows the gap best: oral trials gave 600 mg a day of it alone, more than this entire capsule. Put most of the blend into one ingredient, and the rest get crumbs.

Lungora is a real product: a printed label, a phone number that matches it, a known checkout company and a written 60-day refund window. What calls for care is the way it is sold, plus a few gaps the brand leaves open.
The label says "Distributed by: lungora" in Aurora, Colorado. The returns address, 19655 E 35th Dr in Aurora, sits under the name SHIPOFFERS in the sales-page footer. The terms name "Vigorus" as content owner, and the disclaimer adds "Group Elevate". None is named as the maker. This site is run by Lungorasupport, a Authorized US retailer, not by the maker.

No, and no supplement is. The FDA "does NOT have the authority to approve dietary supplements" before sale (FDA, FDA 101: Dietary Supplements). The asterisks on the bottle point to the notice that the FDA has not evaluated the claims. Every flag is laid out on our is Lungora legit page.
We show no Lungora rating because none can be checked yet. The brand's own pages show no ratings or testimonials, and the sample reviews in the seller's materials could not be verified, so we leave them out.

If you smoke, quitting is the only "lung cleanse" with solid evidence behind it. The CDC says coughing and shortness of breath ease within 1 to 12 months of quitting (CDC, Benefits of Quitting Smoking).
Quitlines give free coaching over the phone, and FDA-approved medicines can help.
The CDC's timeline for the first change most quitters notice.
For people with COPD, quitting slows the disease and the loss of lung function.
The added risk of lung cancer is cut in half, per the CDC.
The quitline number comes from the CDC's Tips From Former Smokers campaign (CDC Tips From Former Smokers, How to Quit Smoking). Lungora is not a quit aid, and it cannot make smoking safer.
More on recovery after you quit is in our lung cleanse for smokers guide.
No side-effect report on Lungora itself has been published, so the label and the ingredient research are the guide. The label rules out anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing, and asks you to see a physician first if you take medicine or have a medical condition.
Quick fit check: answer yes or no
Are you pregnant, nursing or younger than 18?
Do you take warfarin, apixaban, clopidogrel or another blood thinner, or have surgery booked?
Do you take insulin or tablets for diabetes?
Do you have any breathing warning sign from the box near the top of this page?
Do you take any other daily medicine or live with a long-term condition?
Answer every question to see your result. Nothing is saved or sent.
No flags from these questions. If you try Lungora, take one capsule a day and stop if anything feels wrong.
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before ordering, and show them the label.
Skip Lungora. The label says it is not for anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing.
Why we ask: three of the six ingredients carry a blood-thinner caution. Memorial Sloan Kettering tells people on warfarin or other blood thinners not to take turmeric supplements (Memorial Sloan Kettering, Turmeric (About Herbs)), CoQ10 can change how warfarin works (Linus Pauling Institute, Coenzyme Q10), and L-carnitine may add to warfarin's effect (Memorial Sloan Kettering, Carnitine (About Herbs)). Alpha lipoic acid may lower blood sugar and stack with diabetes medicines (Memorial Sloan Kettering, Alpha-Lipoic Acid (About Herbs)). Each medicine caution is spelled out on our Lungora side effects guide.
The label's direction is short: "As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule daily." It sets no time and says nothing about food. Press play for a simple routine.
Gauge: the one capsule the label lists for the day. Dial: the time of day you picked.
Tie the capsule to something you already do, like breakfast. The label leaves the time to you.
One, never two. The label says not to exceed the recommended dose.
Curcumin on an empty stomach can irritate it (Linus Pauling Institute, Curcumin), and CoQ10 absorbs best with some fat (Linus Pauling Institute, Coenzyme Q10).
Take the next capsule at your usual time. Doubling up breaks the one-capsule limit.
Decide whether to continue while there is still time to ask for a refund.
Store the bottle below 30 C (86 F), out of reach of children, and do not use it if the safety seal is damaged or missing.
The 60 days start on the order date, so the pack decides how far into that window your capsules last. Here is our math at one capsule a day.

| 3 bottles | $216, ships free | 90 days | $2.40 | $16.80 |
| 6 bottles | $294, ships free | 180 days | $1.63 | $11.43 |

These are the questions people search for most about Lungora, answered briefly from the label and public sources: what it is, whether it works, FDA status, ingredients, side effects, how to take it, price and shipping.
Lungora is a once-daily capsule dietary supplement sold as a lung cleanse formula, 30 capsules to a bottle. This site is run by Lungorasupport, an authorized US retailer, not the maker; its buttons open the brand's own order page with BuyGoods checkout.
No study has tested Lungora, and no source we read shows that any pill cleanses or detoxes the lungs. Its ingredients are studied for nerve pain, leg veins, energy and antioxidant uses, mostly at doses larger than the whole blend.
It is a real capsule with a printed label, a phone line and a 60-day refund window. Lookalike pages and unofficial listings are not the brand, so order only through the buttons on this site, which open the brand's own order page.
No. Dietary supplements reach shelves without FDA approval, and the asterisks on the bottle lead to a notice that the FDA never evaluated its claims. Lungora is a dietary supplement, not a drug.

No side-effect data on Lungora itself is published. Its ingredients can cause mild stomach upset or loose stools, and three carry blood-thinner cautions, so ask a clinician first if you take medicine.
Lungora is not for anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing, as the label says. Ask a doctor first if you take medication, especially a blood thinner, since three of the ingredients carry blood-thinner cautions.
Take one capsule a day, as the label directs. A bottle holds 30 capsules, so it lasts 30 days. The label sets no time of day. Ask your doctor first if you take medication.
