How to Use Lungora: A Simple Daily Routine

Quick answer

Take one Lungora capsule a day, as the label directs, ideally with a regular meal.

Never take two to make up a missed day. Keep doxycycline or ciprofloxacin 2 hours before or 4 to 6 hours after it. Store below 86°F (30°C); a bottle lasts 30 days.

Two Lungora bottles, a 60-day supply at one capsule a day

How do you take Lungora? One capsule a day, and that is all the label says

The direction on the bottle is one line: "As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule daily." It names no meal, no time of day and no amount of water. The sales page adds only "simple once-daily capsule".

Where the label is silent, we say so rather than invent a rule the brand never wrote. The full panel is on the Lungora Supplement Facts page.

Should you take it with food, in the morning or at night?

The label leaves it to you. Two ingredient sources lean toward taking it with a meal, and none of our sources gives a best hour for any of the six ingredients.

Timing questions and what is actually known
Your questionLabelIngredient sources
With food or on an empty stomach?NothingCoQ10 is best absorbed with fat in a meal (Linus Pauling Institute, Coenzyme Q10); curcumin on an empty stomach may upset the stomach (Linus Pauling Institute, Curcumin)
Morning or bedtime?NothingNo source we opened compares times of day for magnesium glycinate or the others
With water?NothingA glass of water is the ordinary way to swallow a capsule
Open the capsule?NothingNot addressed; swallow it whole unless a pharmacist says otherwise

A simple choice: take it with the meal you never skip, at the same time each day. Consistency makes a missed dose easy to notice, and the meal may help with the two points above.

A day on Lungora, one step at a time

Press play to step through an ordinary day. The gauge fills when the capsule is taken; the dial marks the time slot you picked.

Gauge: the one capsule the label lists for the day. Dial: the time of day you picked.

  1. No intact safety seal, no capsule: that is the label rule.

  2. Breakfast works for most people; any meal you eat every day is fine.

  3. Swallow it whole with water. That single capsule is the full day's serving.

  4. A tick on a calendar or in a phone note stops an accidental second capsule.

  5. On doxycycline or ciprofloxacin? Keep the spacing set out further down this page.

  6. Cap tight, below 86°F (30°C), dry, and out of children's reach.

Step four earns its place: on a once-a-day product, a doubled day is the easiest slip. To judge the capsule fairly, pair the routine with the log on our results timeline.

What if you miss a dose of Lungora?

Let it go and take one capsule tomorrow. A one-a-day label with a do-not-exceed line leaves no room for catch-up doses.

Forgot yesterday

Take one today, as usual. Never two.

Remembered at bedtime

If you have taken none today, take it now with a snack, or simply wait for tomorrow.

Took two by mistake

No more today; one tomorrow as normal. Feeling unwell? Phone a pharmacist.

Travelling

Count out the trip’s capsules into a sealed pill box and carry it in your bag, not the trunk.

Taking antibiotics or other magnesium? Space and add up

Some antibiotics need distance from magnesium. NIH says tetracycline and quinolone antibiotics, such as doxycycline, ciprofloxacin and levofloxacin, should be taken at least 2 hours before or 4 to 6 hours after a magnesium-containing supplement (NIH ODS, Magnesium (health professional)).

Spacing and stacking, from the NIH magnesium fact sheets
If you also takeWhat to doWhy
Doxycycline, ciprofloxacin, levofloxacinAntibiotic 2 hours before, or 4 to 6 hours after, the capsuleMagnesium can reduce how much antibiotic you absorb
Bisphosphonates for bone (such as alendronate)Keep them at least 2 hours apartSame absorption problem
Another magnesium pill, antacid or laxativeAdd the amounts and stay under 350 mg a day from supplementsToo much supplemental magnesium causes diarrhea, nausea and cramps
A separate CoQ10, turmeric or alpha lipoic acid productTell your pharmacist; the amounts stackThe blend already holds some of each

The consumer fact sheet gives the same 350 mg limit for adults (NIH ODS, Magnesium (consumer)). Anyone on regular medicine should read who should not take Lungora before starting.

Why you should not take more capsules to reach study doses

Because the label forbids it, and because extra capsules raise every ingredient at once, including the ones with safety cautions. The gap to trial doses is also wide and unknowable, since five amounts are hidden.

575 mgthe whole blend in one capsule
600 mgone day's alpha lipoic acid in most oral trials
350 mgdaily magnesium limit from supplements

Trial doses: alpha lipoic acid (Linus Pauling Institute, Lipoic Acid). More capsules would also mean more concentrated turmeric extract, a well-documented cause of liver injury (LiverTox (NIDDK), Turmeric).

Liver signs: Dark urine, yellowing skin or eyes, nausea, a lost appetite or odd tiredness mean: stop, and phone a provider (NCCIH, Turmeric: Usefulness and Safety).

How to store Lungora, and how long each pack lasts

Taking Lungora: quick answers

How many Lungora capsules a day?

One. The label says to take one capsule daily and not to exceed the recommended dose.

Should I take Lungora in the morning or at night?

The label does not say, and no source we opened compares times. Pick one fixed time, ideally with a meal.

When should I take magnesium glycinate, morning or night?

No source in our set gives a best time for magnesium glycinate. In this capsule it comes at 80 mg, taken once a day.

Can I take Lungora on an empty stomach?

The label is silent. CoQ10 absorbs best with a fatty meal and curcumin can upset an empty stomach, so food is the gentler choice.

Can I take Lungora with my antibiotic?

Space them. Take doxycycline, ciprofloxacin or levofloxacin at least 2 hours before or 4 to 6 hours after the capsule.

Can I take Lungora while still smoking?

You can swallow it, but it will not offset smoke. Quitting is what lowers cough and breathlessness; free help is at 1-800-QUIT-NOW.

Can I take Lungora with a lung detox tea?

Our sources do not cover that pairing, and they find no evidence for detox teas either. Ask a pharmacist about any herbs.

Does Lungora need to go in the fridge?

No. A cool, dry place below 30°C (86°F) is all the label asks.
