The product · 6 questions

What is Lungora?

A once-daily capsule dietary supplement for adults, sold as a "lung cleanse formula". Each bottle holds 30 capsules, so one bottle lasts a month.

Are Lungora pills capsules or tablets?

Capsules. The shell is hypromellose, a vegetable capsule, and the label serving is one capsule a day.

Is Lungora really for the lungs?

The label says so. The brand's own sales page, though, describes the six ingredients as nerve, circulation and antioxidant support, and none has a human lung study in our sources.

Is Lungora the same as lungwort capsules?

No. Lungwort is a separate herb that shows up in searches because the names look alike. It is not on the label.

Does Lungora contain mullein or NAC?

No. Neither appears among the six label ingredients, even though both are common in other lung products.

Who is Lungora meant for?

The label says adults only: not for anyone under 18 or for pregnant or nursing women. The sales page aims at adults over 50.

The label · 7 questions

What are the Lungora ingredients?

Magnesium glycinate, alpha lipoic acid, butcher's broom root extract, L-carnitine, turmeric extract (95% curcuminoids) and coenzyme Q10, all inside one 575 mg proprietary blend.

How much magnesium is in Lungora?

80 mg, from magnesium glycinate, which is 19% of the Daily Value. That is well under the 350 mg daily upper limit for magnesium from supplements.

What does proprietary blend mean on a supplement label?

The label shows only the blend's total weight, with ingredients listed from most to least. Single amounts are not required by US label rules.

Why do people call proprietary blends a red flag?

Because you cannot tell how much of each ingredient you take, or compare it with the doses used in studies.

Is the 575 mg blend on top of the 80 mg of magnesium?

No. The magnesium glycinate that supplies the 80 mg is part of the 575 mg blend, so the two numbers do not add up.

What else is in a Lungora capsule?

Hypromellose (the capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, stearic acid and silicon dioxide.

Is the alpha lipoic acid in it an omega-3?

No. Alpha lipoic acid is an antioxidant compound. The omega-3 with a similar name is alpha-linolenic acid, which is not on the label.

Lungs and the evidence · 9 questions

Does Lungora work?

No study of Lungora exists, and none of its ingredients has been studied for cleansing the lungs. We cannot say it works for that.

Do lung detox supplements work?

The American Lung Association says most detox products lack adequate scientific data. A pulmonologist quoted by WebMD said no research supports any of them.

Can you detox your lungs?

Healthy lungs clean themselves. Mucus traps dust and germs, and tiny hairs called cilia move it up to be coughed out or swallowed.

How do you clean your lungs naturally?

Stop smoking, avoid smoke and polluted air, check the daily air quality index, stay active and keep up with check-ups and recommended vaccines.

Is there a lung cleanse for smokers?

Quitting is the only one with proof. CDC says coughing and shortness of breath fall within 1 to 12 months of quitting. Free help: 1-800-QUIT-NOW.

Can Lungora reverse smoking damage?

No. Lung experts quoted by WebMD say destroyed air sacs cannot be replaced; quitting sooner gives the lungs the best chance to heal.

Does magnesium help breathing?

Hospitals give magnesium sulfate by drip or nebulizer in some asthma attacks. That is not the same as an 80 mg oral capsule, and the NIH consumer fact sheet on magnesium does not mention asthma.

Does Lungora boost immunity?

The label says "immunity", but none of the blend ingredients appears in the NIH fact sheet on supplements for immune function. We do not repeat the claim.

Can Lungora help COPD or asthma?

No. It is not a treatment for either. Both are managed with medicines, quitting smoking and a care plan, so keep every prescribed inhaler.

Safety · 6 questions

Does Lungora have side effects?

No study of the product reports them. Its ingredients can cause stomach upset, nausea or diarrhea in some people, and the label warns against taking more than one capsule.

Is Lungora safe for someone on a blood thinner?

Ask your prescriber first. Turmeric, CoQ10 and L-carnitine each carry a warfarin or bleeding caution in our sources.

Is Lungora safe with diabetes medicine?

Check with your doctor. Alpha lipoic acid may lower blood sugar and add to the effect of insulin or diabetes pills.

Can a pregnant or nursing woman take Lungora?

No. The label says it is not for pregnant or nursing women or anyone under 18.

Can I use Lungora with my inhaler or lung medicine?

Never stop or swap a prescribed medicine for a supplement. Show the label to your pharmacist before adding it.

Which breathing symptoms need a doctor, not a supplement?

A cough lasting 8 weeks or more, breathlessness with little effort, mucus for a month, wheezing, coughing up blood or chest pain. Very hard breathing or blue lips: call 9-1-1.

Results · 4 questions

How long does Lungora take to work?

The brand gives no timeline, and no study measured one. Any week-by-week schedule you see online was made up.

How fast do lungs improve after quitting smoking?

CDC says coughing and shortness of breath drop within 1 to 12 months, and the extra lung cancer risk halves after 10 to 15 years.

Will Lungora clear mucus?

No source shows that. Mucus that lasts a month or longer is a warning sign to show a clinician.

What if I notice nothing after a bottle or two?

That would not be surprising. You have 60 days from the order date to ask for your money back.

Buying · 8 questions

How much does Lungora cost?

On the brand's order page: 2 bottles at $89 each ($178) plus shipping, 3 at $72 each ($216) or 6 at $49 each ($294). The checkout shows the final total.

Which pack works out cheapest per day?

Six bottles, at about $1.63 a day. Three bottles come to $2.40 a day and two to $2.97, before shipping.

Is shipping free?

Yes on 3 or 6 bottles in the US. Two bottles add a shipping charge shown at checkout. No carrier or delivery time is published.

Is Lungora a subscription?

Not unless you tick it. The BuyGoods checkout has a "receive once per month" box; leave it empty for a one-time order.

Is Lungora on Amazon?

The brand's pages mention neither Amazon nor Walmart. They send buyers only to the brand's order page, where BuyGoods takes payment.

Is there a one-bottle option?

No. The smallest pack on the order page is two bottles, a 60-day supply.

What are the offers that pop up right after checkout?

These are one-click upsells that charge the same card. The second page carries text from another product, Harmogut, so read each offer before you click.

What is the struck-out $179 price?

A reference price on the order page. We found nothing showing anyone paid it, so we never call the difference a saving.

The guarantee · 4 questions

Does Lungora have a money-back guarantee?

Yes. Every pack carries a 60-day window, counted from the purchase date, not the delivery date.

Must even the empty bottles be mailed back?

The brand's returns page says yes: all bottles, empty or not, with the packing slip. The sales page mentions no return, so get your steps in writing.

Is return shipping on me or on the brand?

You do, per the brand's returns page, and that cost is not refunded. Use tracking.

How long until the refund shows on my card?

The brand's returns page says 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement. Our seller pack describes 3 to 5 business days to issue the credit, then 5 to 10 for the card.

Trust and scams · 7 questions

Is Lungora legit or a scam?

It is a real capsule with a real label and checkout. The weak points are the unsupported lung-cleanse claim, an unnamed maker and upsell pages that need care.

Is Lungora FDA approved?

No. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements before sale, and the brand's own pages make no FDA claim.

What do Lungora reviews and complaints say?

We have no verified reviews yet, and the brand's pages show none. Most online "review" pages are sponsored posts or pages on free hosting sites.

Which site is the official order page?

getlungora.com/pv, the page where the brand sells 2, 3 or 6 bottles. Our order buttons send you there.

Is lungsora.us connected to the brand?

Not that we can find. That lookalike domain scored 17.8 out of 100 on a scam-checking site.

Who makes Lungora?

No maker is named. The label lists lungora of Aurora, CO as distributor, and the brand's terms name a company called Vigorus.

Was Lungora part of the FTC "Lung Support Formula" case?

No. That 2003 to 2005 case was about a different, older product. We mention it only as an example of illegal lung claims.
