Breathing emergencies: call 9-1-1.

Is this a breathing emergency?
For anything else, the contacts below cover orders, refunds and questions about our pages. If you are not sure whether a symptom is urgent, the short check further down will tell you where to turn.
What are the five ways to reach Lungorasupport?
Five routes, each with its own job. For an order you have placed, the phone line and the label email are the ones that can actually look you up.
Phone: order support
+1 (323) 417-0278. Order status, refunds and lot checks. The same number is printed on the bottle and on the brand's contact page. Hours are not published.
Email: order help and refunds
[email protected]. The address on the label. Best when you want an answer in writing, such as return steps.
Email: page questions only
[email protected], read Mon-Fri 9:00 am-5:00 pm ET. Page errors, sources and privacy requests. It cannot see orders.
Office
1345 Avenue of the Americas, Floor 33, New York, NY 10105. Mail for Lungorasupport. Not a store and not a drop-off point, so call before any visit.
Seller-pack return address
270 Park Avenue, Floor 12, New York, NY 10017. Use it only if the order desk confirms it for your order, in writing.
The order desk phone is also the Lungora customer service number most people search for. It is the line on the bottle, the brand's contact page and our seller pack, so all three point to one desk.
Which contacts belong to the Lungora brand, not to us?
These are printed on the brand's own pages or its checkout. We list them so you know who is who, but we do not run them.
| Brand-side contact | Number or address | What it is for |
|---|---|---|
| BuyGoods customer service | (866) 838-5063 | The checkout that charges your card. Its page lists Mon-Fri 6 am-5 pm PT and Sat-Sun 6 am-4 pm PT, and says repeat shipments can be stopped by calling it. |
| Brand returns address | 19655 E 35th Dr #100, Aurora, CO 80011 | On the brand's returns page; the sales page footer names SHIPOFFERS at this address. Send nothing until support has replied. |
| Brand contact page | +1 (323) 417-0278 and [email protected] | The same line and email as our order desk. The page says a reply comes "within a matter of hours". |
| Label distributor | lungora, Aurora, CO 80011 | Printed under "Distributed by". No street address on the bottle. |
The two return addresses are the part that trips people up. Our seller pack names New York; the brand's returns page names Aurora, Colorado. Read the full comparison on the refund policy page before you mail anything.
Who answers which kind of question?
Match your question to a row. The right column says what to have ready, which saves a second call.
| Your question | Contact | Have ready |
|---|---|---|
| Where is my parcel? | Order desk, +1 (323) 417-0278 | Order ID from the BuyGoods email |
| I want a refund | Order desk, then confirm by email at [email protected] | Order ID, date, how many bottles |
| I was charged again a month later | BuyGoods, (866) 838-5063, and the order desk | Card statement line and dates |
| Which return address is right? | Order desk, answer in writing | Order ID and the address you were given |
| A fact on this site looks wrong | Website email, [email protected] | Page address and the exact line |
| Delete what I sent you | Website email, [email protected] | The address you wrote from |
| Trouble breathing right now | 9-1-1 | Nothing from us; call now |
What details speed up an answer?
A clear first message gets a clear first answer. Put these in, and leave the rest out.
- Your full name and the email you used at checkout.
- The order ID from the BuyGoods email, and the order date.
- The pack you bought: 2, 3 or 6 bottles.
- What you want: tracking, a refund, a cancelled repeat order or the right return address.
- For a page error, the page address and the exact sentence.
- Never send a full card number, a security code or a password.
- Do not send medical records. Questions about your health belong with your own clinician.
What we do with the messages you send is on our privacy policy page.
How does a refund request run from start to finish?
The window is 60 days from the purchase date. Two brand pages describe the steps differently, so the order of these four steps matters.
- 1
Call or write first
Reach the order desk at +1 (323) 417-0278 or [email protected] before you pack anything.
- 2
Ask for the steps in writing
Which address, whether empty bottles must go back, and who pays postage.
- 3
Mail with tracking
Keep the receipt and tracking number. The brand's returns page says return postage is not refunded.
- 4
Check the card for the credit
The brand's returns page says a refund can take 5 to 10 business days to show.
The day-by-day window is on the guarantee page.
Does your question need a doctor instead of us?
Answer four quick questions. Nothing is saved or sent. The warning signs come from the American Lung Association (American Lung Association, Warning Signs of Lung Disease) and the 9-1-1 advice from NHLBI (NHLBI, Asthma Attack).
Should you call us, a doctor or 9-1-1?
Are you struggling to breathe right now, or do your lips or face look blue?
Is a reliever inhaler failing to ease an asthma attack?
Have you coughed up blood, or had a cough for 8 weeks or longer?
Do you get short of breath with little or no effort?
Answer every question to see your result. Nothing is saved or sent.
No warning signs in your answers. Use the table above to pick the right contact for your order or page question.
Book a visit with a doctor or clinic soon. These signs need a clinician, and a supplement cannot help with them. Bring the bottle so the clinician can read the label.
Call 9-1-1 now. Do not wait for an email or a call back from anyone selling supplements.
Seen a copycat Lungora page? Where to send it
Send the link to [email protected]. Lookalike pages use the Lungora name, and a few send buyers to a different product. Two we know of: the domain lungsora.us, and free-hosted pages calling themselves official.
How to spot the real order page is on our where to buy Lungora page. If you already paid on a lookalike site, call your card issuer as well.
Calling and writing: quick answers
Which phone number is printed on the Lungora bottle?
+1 (323) 417-0278. It is the number printed on the bottle and on the brand's contact page, and it is our order desk. Phone hours are not published.
Where should Lungora order emails go?
For an order you have placed, [email protected], the address on the label. For questions about our pages, [email protected].
Can [email protected] look up my order?
No. That inbox handles pages, sources and privacy only. For any order question use +1 (323) 417-0278 or [email protected].
Who do I call to stop a monthly repeat shipment?
BuyGoods, at (866) 838-5063. The checkout text says shipments can be stopped by calling that line. Tell our order desk too, so the request is on record twice.
Which address should a Lungora return go to?
Ask first. Our seller pack lists 270 Park Avenue, Floor 12, New York, NY 10017; the brand's returns page lists 19655 E 35th Dr #100, Aurora, CO 80011. Mail to the one the order desk confirms in writing.
Is the Manhattan office open to walk-in visitors?
Only by arrangement. It is an office, not a shop or a return counter, so call or write before you go.
Should I contact you about a breathing problem?
No. Very hard breathing or blue lips means calling 9-1-1. A lasting cough or new shortness of breath needs a clinician, not a supplement seller.
How quickly will someone answer?
The brand's contact page promises a reply within hours. Our website inbox is read Mon-Fri 9:00 am-5:00 pm ET. No other reply times are published.
