Scope of this Lungora refund policy
This policy covers Lungora orders that start from a button on lungorasupport.com and are paid on the brand's BuyGoods checkout. This version is dated October 13, 2026. Lungorasupport is a reseller, described in our seller pack as a USA authorized Lungora retailer, and does not manufacture the product.

Lungora refund period
You may request a refund within 60 days of the purchase date shown on your BuyGoods receipt. The period does not restart when the parcel arrives, and it is the same for two, three and six bottles.
Note the date and time you phone the desk, or keep the sent email. That record shows you asked inside the period if a reply is slow.

The New York address comes from our seller pack and the Colorado address from the brand's returns page, where the sales-page footer names SHIPOFFERS. We cannot tell you which one the warehouse expects for every order, which is why the written confirmation matters.
Contents and postage for a Lungora return
Return every bottle from the order, whether full, opened or empty. The brand's returns page asks for all of them, and no page we read describes a refund for part of a pack.

Each extra charge has its own order ID and needs its own request inside the same 60 days.

- Monthly repeat shipments. Stop them with BuyGoods at (866) 838-5063, then ask the desk about any parcel already sent.
- The two-bottle shipping charge. No page we read says whether it is refunded.

Damaged, unsealed or wrong Lungora items
The brand publishes no rule for damaged parcels. If a bottle arrives with a broken or missing seal, do not use it, as the label warns, and photograph it before you contact the desk.
